Artikel 567
Afstand, jegens wie dan ook, door een lid der bemanning van zijn recht op een aandeel in het door een schip te verdienen of verdiende hulploon is nietig, tenzij het schip blijkens zijn constructie uitsluitend of in hoofdzaak voor hulpverlening of sleepdienst is bestemd of de afstand één bepaalde hulpverlening betreft.
